RENTAL SCHEDULE
- Friday night
- Saturday and Sunday
FEES
- $200 / day (*$200 deposit required payable by credit or debit card only)
- Kitchen: additional $30 (if needed) – Please bring dish towels and dishcloths.
CANCELLATION
Any cancellation of the rental by the hirer will be invoiced as follows:
- Cancellation two (2) days prior to rental date: 50% of rental amount
Cancellations must be notified during Band Council opening hours.
DEPOSIT
The deposit will be refunded within 10 days of rental, once the keys have been returned and the premises have been checked.
The deposit will be required upon reservation.
RULES
- Artificial smoke is prohibited in the hall at all times, as the fire alarm system will be activated and additional charges will be billed to any offender.
- The renter is responsible for all chairs, tables and keys, and must ensure that they are returned in good condition on departure (tables cleared and chairs put away in the designated room, garbage cans emptied and bags disposed of in the outside container).
- If you are booking the kitchen, you must clean up what has been used and put it away in the appropriate place.
- The use of confetti and/or shiny flakes is strictly forbidden in the hall, under penalty of additional charge for cleaning (these are particularly difficult to clean with a vacuum cleaner, and therefore entail additional time for the concierge service).
