How it Works
Download the FLO app and create an account on your phone or click here.
Once your account is created, you can follow the steps below to charge your car. You can do everything directly from the app, but you can also order a smart card. Note: The smart card can be handy if you forget your phone or if it runs out of battery.

Once at the terminal, launch the FLO app, select Network from the menu, choose the terminal you are at, then authenticate it by clicking Start. Or simply place your FLO card on the terminal panel to begin.

Best Practices to Adopt
We encourage the responsible use of parking spaces designated for electric cars. Currently, our community fully respects these areas by adopting a few key practices:
- Priority for plugged-in electric cars: Please give priority to parking spaces in front of charging stations for plugged-in electric cars.
- Regular parking once charged: Move your vehicle to a regular parking spot once it is sufficiently charged to free up space for other users.
- Winding the charging wires: At the end of use, please wind the charging wires so that they do not touch the ground, which prevents premature wear and snagging during snow removal.
Together towards a Sustainable Future
By continuing to respect designated locations and encouraging others to do the same, we are moving toward a future where electric mobility is valued and respected by all. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in making our community a greener and more environmentally friendly place.
Awareness and Prevention
In accordance with local and provincial regulations, parking combustion engine vehicles in spaces reserved for electric vehicles may result in fines. However, the Odanak police force’s mandate is to inform and educate drivers rather than impose penalties.
